The Malezi IV project staff from HDD, in collaboration with government officials from regional and district levels and D-tree, conducted Supportive Supervision and capacity building for Community Health Workers (CHWs) at Meru DC. The primary objective of this activity was to enhance the capacity of Community Health Workers to effectively provide Early Childhood Development (ECD) services to parents and caregivers. This was achieved through the use of the Unified Community Systems installed on tablets, aimed at improving service delivery, data collection, and monitoring at the community level.

This supportive supervision successfully built the capacity of CHWs to deliver high-quality ECD services through modern technological tools, fostering better engagement with families and enhancing overall community health management.
