The ELCT Health and Diakonia Directorate conducted a comprehensive supportive supervision and mentorship visit across the North Central, North, and Meru Dioceses, reaching 15 schools and learning institutions, including Usa River Rehabilitation Center, Faraja Maalumu Primary School, Agape and Ailanga Lutheran Junior Seminary, Peace House, and Makumira Secondary School, as well as four hospitals: Machame, Marangu, Selian, and Orkesumet Hospitals. The initiative aimed to strengthen reproductive health education for adolescents and young people and youth-friendly health services, while promoting protection, dignity, and equal access to information and care for children, adolescents, and young people, including those living with disabilities and special needs.
